What is a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT ?


It is important to understand how the Class Action Law Suit process works, in order to appreciate how it is that you can become a plaintiff in the case and share in the court's final settlement, if the court finds for those seeking refunds for carbon taxes.


You will be notified during a critical stage of the process when the presiding judge adjudicating the Carbon Tax Relief Case invites individuals (plaintiffs), who have been harmed by the defendants, to register as MEMBERS of the CLASS.

 

Your goal is to register as a MEMBER of the CLASS, as soon as the CLASS is opened to start signing up MEMBERS.


We ask for your support to Refund CarbonTaxes. Sorry we can't offer you a tax deductible receipt. That day may come soon to form a non profit or merge with an existing non profit. For now we are a for profit company working to implement these ideas that can get government leaders to refund carbon tax dollars.
